ROOM RENTAL PRICES-NEW PRICING for 2026
NEW PRICING ALERT: $99/hr. :Minimum rental: 4 hours add'l hours after 4hrs: $75/hr.
ParTEA Room Rental-Outside Catering- Guests may use outside catering of choice
Reservation Fee: $99.00-Due at time of booking.
Reservation Fee is Non-Refundable. May reschedule up to 1x within a 60 day period if original date needs postponement.
ParTEA Room Rental-ParTEA Diva to provide private caterer
Guests will not pay an hourly room rate but will be charged the following:
Minimum persons: 15 guests
Reservation Fee: $99.00-Due at time of booking.

Price Options:
Tea Tasting: $17.50 per person
(Please note Tea Tasting ParTEA room rental will be limited to 2 hours max)
includes 3 seasonal tea blends in our tasting cups. Teas will be paired with premium chocolate bites, lemon wafers, and tea biscotti for guests to enjoy and taste.
Mini Tea Time: $25.50 per person (enjoy room up to 2 hours)
includes small individual charcuterie trays that includes tea sandwiches, cheese/fruit selections. Unlimited hot tea. Gluten Free and Vegan options are not available at this time.
Full Afternoon Tea:$37.50 per person (enjoy room up to 4 hours)
includes tea sandwiches, pastries or scones. and small bite dessert/sweets tray. Unlimited hot tea. Gluten Free and Vegan options are not available at this time.
