Grand Opening Week Event: Sound Bath Session Saturday March 14th, 11:30am

Join us for a sound bath session guided by Sonia from Inner Radiant Life.  A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes and other instruments. Designed to induce deep relaxation. it reduces stress, lowers heart rate, and shifts brainwaves to a restorative state.

Please bring a blanket, mat, or travel chair and wear comfortable clothing.
